What this is
The Sam Bankman-Fried Case Archive is a searchable edition of the federal criminal trial record in United States of America v. Samuel Bankman-Fried, No. 1:22-cr-00673-LAK. It covers pretrial proceedings on October 3, 2023 through the verdict proceedings on November 2, 2023.

The October 3 volume states that jury selection followed under separate cover; that transcript is not included. The transcript for the documented October 25 conference and reporter pages 2028–2039 are also unavailable. Day 13 marks the conference as source unavailable. Nothing in the available record identifies the missing material as sealed.
Fifteen other reporter-page ranges are expressly marked sealed in the available volumes and contain no transcript text here.
Structure and supporting material
The transcript is organized by court day, witness appearance, examination, argument, ruling, instruction, sidebar, speaker, reporter page, and line. Multi-day witness appearances use Part numbers; source labels such as Resumed remain visible within the transcript.
Brief scheduling exchanges, transitions, and stage directions appear with the surrounding testimony or argument. Consequential sidebars and rulings remain separately linked.
Day summaries, proceeding summaries, people profiles, location descriptions, evidence entries, and selected moments help readers move through the record. They are editorial context, separate from the transcript.
Accuracy and corrections
