Government proffer concerning the letter-writing physician's alleged prescribing practices

During a Day 9 medical discussion, the government said witnesses had described the letter-writing physician as liberally prescribing Adderall to people who said they did not need it or did not need that dosage. The defense asked the court not to consider that proffer in reaching its decision.
